La Gritona is the brain child of prolific hardcore guitarist Andy Coronado. It's a big leap from hardcore punk to old school tequila, but what Andy did right was focus on authenticity at a reasonable price. Then he put it in one of the most distinctive bottles you'll ever see and began hawking it out of the back of his van. He searched for the perfect partner and eventually settled on the small Vinos y Licoreras Azteca to produce this special reposado
