Arneis is the indigenous white grape of northern Italy's Piedmont region, and this bottling is a fine introduction to those unfamiliar with the variety. The wine has effusive aromas of white flowers, pear, talc and honey; the flavors of white peach, melon and lemon ride on a finely textured frame, and the acidity is refreshing.
