Bright violet. Spicy dark berries and cherry-cola on the nose, with a hint of fresh rose adding vivacity. Supple, gently sweet blackberry and blueberry flavors are framed by dusty tannins that add grip to the back end. A subtle note of anise comes up on the finish, which is spicy, focused and persistent.
