Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated on your invoice just prior to your purchase authorization. Shipping charges are subject to change, and apply to the continental US only. Orders received after 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Thank you for your patience.

Important message about our Inventory

Because of the high volume nature of our business, our vast inventory is constantly turning. New product shows up daily and occasionally we do sell out of an item. We are constantly updating our database; however, certain orders may be processed before the vintage can be changed or an out of stock situation can be noted. Please be advised that vintage changes and out of stock situations are subject to change without notice. Marketview reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions when necessary. You may request we notify you before doing so by checking "Do Not Substitute" during checkout. We will then contact you if necessary. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.

We reserve the right to correct errors on pricing, vintage, and to limit quantities.

Privacy

Marketview Liquor holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to opt our. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our list simply contact us an you will be removed immediately.

Return Policy

If you do not have a receipt and wine is of the current vintage, we will honor the lowest price the item has sold for in the last 6 months.

If the item is one that we no longer carry or a past vintage (unless it has changed within the last month) we cannot accept the item for credit.

If the receipt provided is more than 6 months old we cannot accept the wine for credit.

If an item is returned with no receipt, an in house credit will be issued toward another purchase within the same year.
